November 2025

The Christmas fun starts late-November 2025.

Saturday 15th

• Tree of Light – switch on takes place at 5.30pm. Live music and entertainment including the BBC Radio Glos breakfast show presenter.

Saturday 22nd

• Wicked Walkabout Costume Characters – Follow the yellow brick road to prizes.

Saturday 29th

• Roller-Skating Christmas Presents – walkabout costume characters bringing fun and fast feet!

December 1st – 14th 2025

The festive fun continues in the first two weeks of December 2025.

Saturday 6th

• Gloucestershire Libraries Choir – Eastgate Shopping Centre – performing throughout the day.
• Santa is coming! He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre and walking around throughout the day too.
• Bouncing Elves are on the loose. Costume characters having fun across the portfolio.
• Small Business Saturday – come and support your local indie retailers.

Thursday 11th

• Santa returns – at Eastgate Shopping Centre and King’s Walk.

Saturday 13th

• British Sign Language Santa is coming. He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
• Gloucestershire Police Choir will be performing throughout the day at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
• Snowboard Simulator – A fun and free challenge for all of the family in Eastgate Shopping Centre.
• Santa Fun Run – Starts outside the new University building at Kings Square. Registration opens at 9.30am.

December – the run up to the big day!

Thursday 18th

• Santa returns – at Eastgate Shopping Centre and King’s Walk.

Saturday 20th

• British Sign Language Santa is coming. He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
• Salvation Army Brass Band and Choir – performing at Eastgate Shopping Centre throughout the day.
• Lairy Fairy and the Christmas Puddings – a fun performance taking place throughout the portfolio.
• Sofa Driving Santa! Get ready for Santa On The Sofa across Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Monday 22nd

• British Sign Language Santa returns. He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Wednesday 24th

• Santa returns – at Eastgate Shopping Centre and King’s Walk.
